In this article, we deal with Bayesian inference of the unknown parameters in the dataset "Human Waste Disposal Models in six counties in Kenya". The Bayes plot, Rstanarm and Bayes boot packages stimulate the implementation of Bayesian inference in R hence provides an introduction to the topic. This article introduces Bayes Theorem, model-based and components of Bayesian Inference, approximation of prior distributions, Bayes factors, model fit and posterior approximations.
